Avenham Walks - About Avenham

Avenham is a historic and important area of Preston in Lancashire; it contains the picturesque Avenham Park and the River Ribble.  The park in Avenham is a traditional Victorian park but hosts different events which show how culturally diverse Avenham is.  From the Asian Mela to jazzy drum and base via brass bands, Avenham is alive.
